My main customer is a doctor and clinical pathologist, but our company don\'t sell them directly.
We give our products to the distributors. so they supply it to the customer.
Before I join this company, I supply my products to the customer directly, but now because of indirect sales, we have a lot of complaints from the distributors.
In case of hospital customer, they are enduser, so I supports all of thing which they wants anyways.
but in case of distributor, I supports something which is possible within profitalbe range.
In Korea, we call customers \" King\", so we always smile and accept all that customer wants, but now a days, it is getting change more and more
