From previous work experiences, I have realized stressful situations will always come up, so it is essential to stay calm. I have also learned that it is crucial to be organized yet flexible. While working on a project at my current company, I had to handle three projects with the same deadline. Since the whole projects are equally important for the team, it was essential to distribute resources and establish an organized timeline. First, I communicated with clients regarding their objectives to measure their expectations. Secondly, I established the schedule on a daily, weekly, and monthly timeline. However, any events could arise, so I didn\'t develop a tight timeline. Finally, I communicated with team members on progress to delegate the workload when necessary. As a result, I finished the projects on time with high customer satisfaction. This experience taught me the resource management and flexibility to approach the situation with more clarity.
