Honestly I could not choose my food preference since I have realized that every food has their own flavor. If I begin to block other exotic one because of my personal favorite taste, I will lose my opportunity to experience other countries\' culture. Imagine a person who has a strong food preference and refuse to try a cuisine that the person has never tried. This person cannot grab an opportunity to expand its food catalog and ban itself to enjoy the food that will never come again. To prevent myself from this unfortunate situation, I would never stop to try every tasty food around the world. even if the cuisine is trying to combine with other traditions, it would lead to a great movement on the food history.
