As a senior or the person in charge of the property of my university, I sometimes have to make a big decision about my subordinate or my university. When faced with a tough call, I feel very responsible to the point of keeping me awake at night. I want to avoid making such a decision about others if possible.
I doubt if I can deserve to make choices for others because I think I couldn\'t know about others well enough to do that. I do that just because it is one of my jobs. For example, when I am selected as a member of the personnel committee to decide who will get promoted, I have difficulty making choices. It\'s a tough choice for me. How could you evaluate people? It\'s because everyone works different works, not the same job. So their achievements are different from each other.
Anyway, I don\'t feel comfortable with making choices for others.
