How do you feel about working with other people?

I don\'t prefer working with other people. Of course, i know that there are lots of advantages when i work with a group. I can easily get some useful information and also i can get many good piece of advice for them. But i want to do something om my own pace without any obstacles. But if i do something in a group i have to give up something i wanted.
