It feels bad.
In my company, I and my team members work same type, but only project is different.
So when someone is struggling to work due to over capability, others can easily help him.
One day, I had too many work, so I request others help me.
But they didn’t help me using the excuse that they’re busy too. however I judged that they have enough capabilities. So I was hurt by that.
Since then, I have not been able to open to my team-members easily.
