How do you feel when the feedback you are expecting is delyed?

It is absolutely normal for employees, especially who are working in the 'Not-Organized Well' Company, to do multiple works at the same time, so if the feedback that are expected were delayed, it would not become a big problem for them. Because they always have other works to concentrate. That's the reason that normally I feel nothing for late feedback. It just means that I can spend my time to focus other important works. However, it is totally different if the pending work has its time-limit. I have to do that work in limited time but I have not received any feedback from my manager, which means that my boss have not received any report at all. Then I would feel a huge pressure. Maybe I need to decide my own dead-line to get feedback for that from my manager. Until my own dead-line, I would check the status of him and if I got the chance that my manager became a little bit free, I would go directly to my manager and ask him for his feedback about my work.
