We have to first admit that we are not God and no one could be perfect even including myself. Each individual has his/own personalities and qualities. Of them, you might dislike some of his qualities or even all of them. Even though he/she is really mean, there are something that you can like or praise about him/her. Let’s try to look at good qualities of him/her. As he/she has some shortcomings, so do you. Thinking about the fact that there are some traits of you that you don’t like about yourself, it is quite natural that there are some people who don’t like about you. It applies to the other people you are dealing with everyday. We often have conflicts with our colleagues or boss at the workplace because we spend majority of our time with them. The conflicts are often stemmed from different personalities or views you have. Once we admit that his idea or way of working could be right and I could be wrong, the conflicts could be lessened or easily solved. Apologize first.

Good evening, Sir [이름]!

Happy Wednesday. ^.^

Yahoo! Two more days before the weekend.

Thanks for sharing your insights about this matter.

You are right. We need to find the good things in other people.
Focusing on the bad side of them is not good.

We need to learn how to appreciate.
See you.
