How do you keep yourself updated?

As always, working at the company is very hard. So when i finish my work, I\'m feeling tired. When we work at the company, I think we get a stress is essential. I need a something to do for deleate my stress. Reading book made me more tired and Playing internet game was very exciting. But after the game, I always had a headache. I tried a lot of things, Among them, My best thing is running exercise. It\'s makes me refreshing and feeling light. I always running exercise in the gym at 22:00, while 30minute every day. Since i started a Power English class, I go to the gym after the English class.
