How do you make a to-do-list? What things should you consider?

To make a daily to-do list, I prepare the list the night before so that I can save time. First of all, I write down things that I have to do the next day following the priority. The reason why I consider the priority is that there could be significant things that I should finish on that day and there is some relaxing time to handle the other work. Secondly, I set the exact time schedule with a to-do list. Therefore, I could deal with all of the tasks strategically without missing any tasks. Using these two methods for my to-do list, I would be more productive and efficient regarding my daily study or work.
