Actually, because of my habit of forgetting things, I\'ve been writing a diary, to do list and I handle things in the following steps.
First, I write down everything I need to do.
Second, it categorizes what I must do today and what I can postpone for a while.
Lastly, classify what I can do quickly and what is taking for long time, and deal with what I can do quickly first.
If I have time after dealing with the things I have to do, I do a little bit of time-consuming work among the things I put off.
Then I can do things without forgetting, save time and do a lot of something.
