How do you plan to motivate yourself to improve your English? I always imagine to be talked in English with foreigner. I would like to write and speak without hesitation during my work, sometimes I spend a lot of time to write in English for sending e-mail. If my English writing skill is good, I can save time for sending e-mail. So I should steadily increase my vocaluary and pratice to read and write in English. So I believe that my english skill is to be improved more and more.
