How do you practice long patience?
학생이 쓴 원문
In my case, I try to make a goal. It\'s hard to have patience without goals. Every day I make a to-do list. These are my small goals every day to grow my patience. It makes me help to manage my time and energy well. When I did them, I felt achieved. However, the process isn\'t easy. achievement is followed by struggle and stress. I can say that I\'m a person who doesn\'t have much patience. Especially, when I don\'t like to work on something, I feel frustrated and exhausted. Hence, I\'ve given up many goals in the past. When I couldn\'t approach my goals, I was very disappointed. I lost my confidence a lot. After failing, I tried to check and analyze the details of my goals. I just wanted to know what is the problem with couldn\'t approaching my goals. If I don\'t know myself well, it\'s hard to discover what is available potential to approach the goal. So, I tried to check my time and energy that can do my small goals in my life. It is more important to set achievable goals than many goals. :)
