How do you refresh your mind throughout the workday?

I spend most of the time with my daughter. Despite loving her, taking care of her is so labor demanding. So, while she\'s sleeping, I also take the chance to sleep. After taking a nap, my body and mind are refreshed. Also, I like listening to classical music to relax during the day. Furthermore, I meet my counselor twice a week. It\'s really helpful to remain healthy mental. After my daughter goes to bed in the evening, I can spend my time on my own time only for me. Every evening, I read the Bible, study English and learn to educate for baby through Youtube. I am interested in those things a lot. but I always don\'t have enough time to do them. I usually have sleep deprivation. because when I do them, I make my sleep time shorter. Before I gave birth to my baby, I loved writing my essay. I\'m interested in expressing people and nature through writing and photography.  If I have a chance to do that, I want to spend time doing them.
