How do you use body language when you communicate in English?

I think I make a clumsy body language while talking. Frankly speaking, I was unconscious or indifferent about the importance of body language while talking until this class. But the more knowledge about it I have, the more I care about what is an effective body language. Some researchers say nonverbal communication accounts for the majority of information transmitted during interpersonal interpretations. Whether we\'re aware of it or not, Much information is conveyed through facial expressions, body posture, gestures, eye movement. In this respect, I feel sorry for the President\'s candidates who are not aware that their behaviors show their real feelings try to say differently from what\'s in mind. If something in mind shows outwardly somehow, we have to improve our mind and heart that we can\'t hide while talking, instead of practicing fancy speech skills. I am not saying that speech skills including body language are not necessay. It\'s a matter of what\'s more important.
