How do you use your body language when you talk in English?

Depending on the language, I use different body language. When I talk in English, I often use my hands to deliver strongly my message. Body language being part of non verbal communication tool,i if I use hands when I talk in English, I feel more flent in English. In Korea, the situation is totally different. If we use often and strongly hands during a discussion especially with people that we don’t know, it could be considered agressive. During business meetings, Korean don’t leave their hands on the table but leave them under the table. This kind of custom is more commun in big companies such as conglomerates like Samsung or Hyundai. People working in these companies are working in a conservertive atmosphere and have many internal rules in terms of attitudes. I’ve nerver been in Korean conglomerates which is lucky for me. I spent my teenager years in Europe and I prefer European companies cultures with more flexibility in terms of time organization.
