I think one\'s clothing shows me one\'s personality and state of mind. Clothing can appear their uniqueness, but we have rules of costume or attire that depends on the circumstance. So , in my case, someone who doesn\'t wear the clothes fit in the situation looks impolite and have no manners. Thus, I can recognize one\'s state of mind as abnormal, because he or she argue their own uniqueness regardless of circumstances.
I am sure that I can\'t understand all about them and I must not judge them by my own prejudices. However, in my opinion, there exist the cultural rules that humans have to follow.
