How early do you prepare for Chuseok?

Long time ago, preparing for Chuseok was very hard and a long way. When I was a baby, my mom had done this. Especially cooking, she had been ready for it about 2 week before. There were more than 25 relatives staying at my place for 2~3 days during this holiday. Mom said that this was common in every family at this time. Fortunately, a few years later, one of my mom\'s sister-in-law took this role, because a fortune teller had said that the work would bring some luckies for her family. Believe or not, my mom said, it worked for them, but I think that the biggest beneficiary was my mom. Anyway, nowadays a lot of families, including my family, could prepare this about a couple of days before.  Every member knows the amount of burden, so they buy some cooked traditional food at a market. Additionally, in the morning, all relatives gather at that house, have a ritual respecting our ancestors, have a meal altogether, then we leave before lunch, escaping a horrible traffic jam.
