Sometimes we have to make a big mistake to figure out how to make things right, mistakes are painful but they are the only way to find out the reality. Everybody makes faults and develop themselves after making a fault.

I have made a lot of mistakes since I joined my hospital and I became a senior staff in our department with a better technique and knowledge.

I think faults is very important component to make people successful life.
