How important are clocks for you?

Here are my corrections for you:

It\'s 4 out of 10 for me. 

>> CORRECT!

Because at school, I always wait for the break. And I don\'t have my cell phone or watch, I have to see the clock. 

>> Because at school, I always wait for the break and I don\'t have my cell phone or watch, so I have to look at the clock. 

But except in that case, I don\'t need to see clock because we have more comfortable things like cell phone.

>> Except for that case, I don\'t need to look at the clock because we have more convenient things like the cellphone.
