It is not important to me.
In my case, I prefer to have leave days freely
rather than being paid it by money.
It\'s not the reason of me to have kid.
I belive that It is just my charictor to enjoy break time.
I also have low energy. I want to have rest time today, too.
So I\'m staying in my company after finishing work.
