How important is English for you in your job or future?

In korea, Speaking English is very important.
In my childhood, Study English was essential for Enter a high level univercity.
And now, In my company always press me to get a high grade of opic exam.
If i get a low level grade, Promotion will be skiped.
So, all of the worker have to study English and they are try to hard.
But actually, we doesn\'t use a English in company and foreigner workers are so few.
And they are good at korean. If we need a conversation, Using korean is basic.
Thesedays, our company encourage to studying a chinese. It\'s very stress to me.
First of all, I need to get a high level grade and ability that talk with foreiner freely.
