How important is the Naro space rocket project for South Koreans?

Our country has expected to have a space rocket for a long time. Finally we have a space roket but there are some problem in this project. We don't have a perfect technology of the space roket yet. As you know we are depending on Rusia for some technology. We have to acquire more delicate technology. I think that the Naro spce rocket is not sucessful. The real success is to complete of independent tehnology.
