How important is time in your culture?

Punctuality is very important not only in work but also in private. I think punctual people are more likely to be reliable. So I usually try to be punctual. But sometimes, there are some cases which being late can be understandable with light appointments that don’t have to be punctual. When I meet my close friends, I don’t do that. I used to be late 10-20minutes. I know It’s not good habit. But my friends are same. For example, If we promise to meet at 2p.m., we appear at an appointed place around at at 2:10-20p.m. But we have special plans that should be puncture like going to airport or going to concert, we don’t be late!
