How is cleanliness in your parks maintained?

As I know, government in Korea hire many people for cleaning pubic places.

The cleaner perform their duties very well and I can see how clean the public parks are.

However, it became dirty very quickly than we could expect.

The basic manner and habit of people in our country is the major problem.

People throw away trash to any place without guilty, even though our country has imposed fine when people put the trash on the road.

I am not sure how many employee are working for cleaning in our nation and I thought the number of worker was enough for cleaning.

But I was shocked when I saw the cleaning system in UAE, every toilet have a person for cleaning and they clean it frequently.

It seems like that cleaners must stay in toilet and clean all facilities once somebody use it.

I thought it was not right because workers looked like they did not get respected for human right.

I can not say what is right but I can say that Koreans must change their bad habit and have to think about the environment pollution.
