We have holiday of New year. We call '설'. '설' means Lunar New year's day. We came back to our hometown. The family meet together in hometown. And we have a memorial ceremony for ancestors. Traditionally in the morning of the New year, entire family together to eat 떡국(tteok-guk), a sliced rice cake soup. Tteok-guk is the most representive dish eaten on New year's day.
