After work, I usually have 3 to 4 hours for leisure as me-time. I feel that 3 to 4 hours a day are good enough to relieve stress from work. During me-time, I have a good time with my children, helping them do their homework, reading some books, etc. Leisure is essential for everyone because it can lead to a virtuous cycle of leisure and better production, which makes our lives better little by little.
