I think we have to spend our time on hobby twice a week. Ex) My hobby is plating flute. I practice my flute twice a week. I usually practice my fulte songs at Wednesday, and Saturday. So my flute skill is going better. :) I think twice a week is a best. Because if we spend too much time on hoobies, ti is hard to do othr activities, and if we spend too few time on hoddies, ti is hard to do our hobbies for a long time.
