How often do you take a taxi? What type of transportation do you prefer?

The population in Seoul is about 10 million that would be 1/5 of total population in my country. It cause a lot of problem such as traffic jam in downtown, too many job seekers and housing. Furthermore, many people have more than two cars in each household due to personal needs that cause traffic more serious. If I drive my car to the work, it takes about an hour, but it takes an half hour, if I use a subway. That\'s the reason why I prefer to use the public transportations. Regarding a taxi, there is a same problem happened, although I would be late, using public transportation is faster than a taxi to the work. We have a special line for buses that can be used only buses in rush hours if cars use it, they will be fined and get warning points grom the government. I only take a taxi, if there aren\'t any options to go home, especially at night. It is bad news for me that the taxi fare will be increase at night. It would be still cheaper than other advanced countries but quite expensive f
