How serious is bullying in your country?

I can’t compare my country with other countries about it. But I think we can’t say that it is a good situation because we sometimes watch the bad news about bullying. Also, bullying is used as a subject in TV drama because it can appeared in our society. I think there are some reasons which bullying is not disappeared. First, punishment is light in Korea. I think most bullying is appeared in school. However, the punishment is light to students especially because the government want to give the chance to students before being adults. Nevertheless, some people abuse this institution. Giving the chance one more is good but teaching responsibility is also important. Second, unfortunately, discrimination is rampant in our society. Race, religion, sex, social class, and so on. Even it is worse as time goes on. We become blunt about discrimination. We can’t change anything without resistance. The constant resistance about every discrimination is necessary like a Feminism.
