How should parents support their children\'s playtime?

I\'m always thinking about this topic because I know there are involved many good points as is known well. But I used to tell my son to do his homework first, and then you can go out to play with his friends. After saying this, I would feel sad and painful this kind of aspect. Their childhood must not too long as we did. I already passed the same season as my son and knew how much fun to him this time. However I think that I have to do my role as parent on his habbit.
