How significant is being fluent in English for you?

Learning a foreign language is indeed difficult, and it takes a long process to really master it. In my case, I was exposed to using English often and it has helped me become more familiar with the language. That was my advantage. We use English as a second language. I guess exposure to it and practice are really important. Nevertheless, I know you are giving an effort to really practice your English.
