how to file a compaint

If I'm not satisfied with a product or a service I'd rather file a complaint by phone call than writing. The reason I prefer calling instead of writing is simple. It takes less time. Frankly speaking I don't usually bother to call to complain about things that already happened not because I'm such a kind mature person but a lazy one. Anyway, even if I need to file a complaint I don't want to be rude or angry no more than necessary. I'd just call and talk to a person who's in charge about my situation, hopefully get some answer and be done with it.
