How to reach your goal

When I was 23years old,I have dream to be a CEO in gloval comany. At that time, I didn't know how to reach my goal. However, When I went to Japan for making money by doing part time job, I noticed that the most important thing to make someones dream come to true is to find someone who can inspire oneself and can be roll model. Through my life in Japan, I could meet a lot of people. some of them give me inspiration and the others show me the way to get to my goal. I think If I coudl have met them, I would not passed the most famous university in the Japan succeed in my own business.
