How was your chirstmas?

Hi Jane How was your christmas? I had a good time with my boyfriend :) On Christmas eve, We watched the movie titled 'about time' which was made by the director of "love actually". Do you know those movies? Maybe you know 'love actaully' at least. 'About time' was so romantic and It made me think of our lives and love. After watching it, we had dinner with cake and wine in a restaurant and then we gave the presents each other. HOMEWORK FOR TODAY: 1. Wow, this carpet is worn out. Too many people have walked on it. 2. The kitchen sink is blocked and the water won't go down the drain. 3. I think this pipe is rusty. See this red powdery stuff? 4. This room is draughty. Where's the cold air coming from? 5. Look at the garage wall. The paint is peeling and it looks awful. 6. Our electricity supply has been unreliable because of the recent storms. 7. I think there's a problem with your doorbell. It doesn't ring. 8. I can't stand it when a tap drips. It's such an annoying sound.
