How will you react when you receive a gift you do not like?

What else can you do even if you received the gift that you did not like? We all sometimes receive a bad gift, but that doesn't mean we have to make the gift giver feel bad too. It is rude and further can hurt the giver’s feelings if you express your feeling directly or indirectly that you do not like the gift. You should react politely and show your appreciation for gifts that we received regardless of whether you like them or not. In addition, you may need to pretend that you really like gifts to make him/her happy even though you do not, indeed. Try to smile and keep your voice pleasant. Do this by imagining you just received a present you love, and your voice will be convincing. You don't want to sound insincere or sarcastic. Life is like that. Life is not going as you wish. You might sometimes need to lie for a good reason and you might need to act as if you are an actor. One of the ways to minimize such cases is that you often tell your friends and family members what you like.
