In my perspective, a good leader facilitates innovation within the team. Leaders must be flexible to take internal organization factors into consideration and external factors to utilize resources efficiently. Encouraging creativity and innovation within the group allows team members to explore new ideas to tackle the risk and seek promising opportunities. During my senior year, I took the leadership role in the graduation presentation. Since many members were doing job-hunting, it was challenging to schedule face-to-face meetings due to time constraints. Accordingly, I adopted Skype and Google Docs. Still, there were complaints because team members could not invest much time on one occasion, so I divided the topics into five categories and delegated them to each team member. Consequently, our team could achieve A+ in the final meeting. Throughout this experience, I have learned the importance of creativity and innovation in leadership.
