Before I write, I\'m sorry that I don\'t answer the question you give me for homework. I kept thinking about the question But really I don\'t remember that experiences. So I answer the another homework sentence. The last time. I bought the earring from the internet shopping mall. They delivered that product the next day. It was very fast. But, I disappointed when I opened the box. Because there wasn\'t anything in the box. Actually there was only a wrapping paper in the box. There was no earring. I guessed when they packed the product. It was slipped out of the paper. So just the only a wrapping paper was in the box. Next day, I wrote that in to an inquiry board. And they give an answer. They would check the stock and they said they would answer again. But, a week has passed. They didn\'t give me the answer. So I was very angry. ultimately I called that shopping mall. And I requested that give solution right now. Funnily enough, when I got angry, they sent the earring right away.
