What do you do to encourage yourself when going through hard times? Does it work? I think that life is always a series of hard time. We are emphasizing on effort what ever we are doing in the sociality. Especially, Asian countries where are so-called East Asia, Such as South Korea, Japan, and China have been shown the tendency that we have to live in the competition. In even my case, I have followed unspoken rule of South Korea like written above while naturally competing against someone in my circumstance around me For example, the monetary situation how much I have, the views that other people evaluate me and the position how much have power in my community which means like company are existing the aspects that I would have to seize in all my time. When some frustrations come to me, I have often searched for the movie clips on Youtube. There are some the movie clips of celebrities who have overcome their hard time and shared the story about their past hard time. The Speech of them emboldens many people, including for me. I recommend one movie clip from Ted about the Grit sprits. I was impressed that lectures in spite of the non celebrity speaker. It says that one Female professor is sharing her results of research how grit is important when we meet the barriers of our life. The words what she wants to do are such a simple. In according to the her words, We constantly should do anything on condition that not give up. After then it means that we are able to get the achievement what we wish something. By the way, I try to imitate their words and behavior what successors did while watching Youtube when I go through hard time.
