A purpose of complaint is to change some unsatisfied situations to better ones. If the situation will not have changed even though I complain something, I do not appeal it. A complaint that can't change a situation is just to make feel down or to be angry. It is useless thing. But when I want to change the situation, I need to appeal it exactly once. So to complain in person is more effective way than in writing. After complaining in person. Maybe I know that a responsible person tries to satisfy my requirment. However the situation is not change for a long time or I am not sure whether the work is working or not, I can use the way to write an email in detail. The important thing on this, I need to tell him that I really know his effort for me. I should express very thankful feeling and then I tell my main intention to him. All the process is working by the person. So to be angry him can make the work more slowly or difficultly.
