One of my proudest achievements is expanding the genres of content on the platform. To prevent genre stagnation and expand revenue and user base, I utilized existing sales data. Alongside this data, with evidence showing that 80% of our platform users are women by 2030, I strategically chose the romance-fantasy genre. I actively searched and contacted studios specializing in producing such content, conducting numerous meetings. I also actively promoted the platform\'s advantages to procure previously untapped contents, negotiating contract terms to diversify our selection of romance-fantasy titles. As a result, I achieved a six-fold increase in its share within the platform and securing approximately 49,000 additional transactions, leading to over 200% revenue growth. I consider this experience as a pinnacle achievement, demonstrating proactive leadership in proposing and executing business strategies to deliver exceptional results.
