While leading a content planning club, I gained valuable experience in advancing projects through extensive feedback. During my university years, I co-founded a classic literature content planning club with classmates. We selected classic literature and reimagined it in various content formats, actively exchanging ideas and feedback during adaptation and content planning stages. By acquiring perspectives and opinions from others, not just my own, I was able to produce increasingly improved results. Additionally, both during the content planning stages and in my current job, I frequently request feedback on work methods, processes, and outcomes. I believe that feedback and criticism from those with more experience than myself can clearly identify areas for improvement, ultimately increasing work efficiency. To make projects productive and achieve the best results, I consider feedback and criticism in creative collaboration processes essential.
