In Korea, learning English is the compulsory education that it begins from elementary school. When student go to university, they must get a good grade in Enlgish for Korean SAT. Also, looking for a job, applying a english certification wiht high grade is essential.. Furthermore, Korean people have a English competition in even the company. For example, at the global polupar company; Samsung, all employs should be judged by Opic grade, evaluating each others togegher. If didn\'t get a good job in Opic, there is no more promotion in your whole life..
