I definitely agree with this idea. While I think it is not responsible to bank, it will be made some rules by goverment even credit cards were made by bank. That is one of the reason why we pay tax to goverment that the country have to make suitable environment for citizens. Inevitably, we face sometimes a situation what should use credit card. However, if people use credit card thoughtlessly, they will see what happen to them.
