Yes, success changes people. Some people continue to succeed based on the lesson they learn through their previous success whereas others fall on failure with arrogance they stuck in after having a success. That's why I insist success give a effect to people's lives, and change them in positive ways, or negative ways. So it is important to keep us on success, not to kick an ass after having small success. One of the tips for making repeated success is to listen to other people as much as possible. They let us know what we miss and don't see in our daily lives. As considering their advice and criticism regarding our behaviors, we would be able to look back on what we have done, and think twice to see if we go through the right direction or not. In my case, I try to listen carefully to trustful people who give me honest opinions about my wrong behaviors such as my wife, my supervisor, or some of my friends. It's not easy to fully accept their criticism because I have strong ego.
