Hw>> Generally, do you think Koreans are living a healthy life?
학생이 쓴 원문
When I first saw this question, I thought of developed late-night eating culture and an obsession with excessive dieting. But, despite of them, I think Koreans, at least the people around me, try to fix the unhealthy habits and keep trying to be healthy. The reason is that we have a developed late-night eating culture but on the other hand, we have a very developed healthy food culture. There are many vegetables in the Korean\'s table, and Korean food is much lower in calories than the western food. And, for example, if we ate chicken at night, we would try to recover it by eating less and taking a walk longer on the next day. And I admit that there is an obsession with excessive dieting especially to women. But I also saw a lot of women that try to change it to healthy way. Just not eating is not trend these days. We know low carbohydrate and high fat is good for our diet and health, and there are various recipes that Koreans develop by using that. So, yes, Koreans live a healthy life!

Hello Ella. Thank you again for this. According to study, Korea is the second country with the longest longevity in Asia. I guess it is because, generally, Koreans live a healthy lifestyle.
