In Korea, weekends are Saturdays and Sundays and I think Saturdays and Sundays are best too. Actually there is no difference between two options because the fact that we can work 5 days and rest 2 days does not change for any option. Maybe, difference between two options is what day people consider to be the starting point of the week. I think Monday is the starting point of the week. And I go to church on Sundays. So Sundays must be the weekends to me.
