Hw> What do you think is the biggest change in how families are in your country?

I think filial duty, being good to parents, collapse in Korea. There are many causes about the breakdown of the family system. The main reason is because the society changed. Children used to take care of their elderly parents, but as young people move to the city, it weakens the family system. And individualism and materialism were not welcome because of the Confucian ideas, but nowadays they are encouraged because we are living under the capitalistic system. And that resulted in the collapse of filial duty and it makes conflict and indifference by the lack of communication. I think it\'s serious because a family strife can cause a serious social problem. Therefore, I think we have to keep trying to strengthen the family system!
