Like what I said about fourth industrial revolution, there are already a lot of development in network.

About 10 years ago, actually, there was a corded telephone in my house but, now, it is useless because of mobile phone.

 Also, there are so many people who use web conference technics like me.

I can learn English in Korea from you living in Philippines.

From this technic, people can work or learn something regardless of time and place.
