If you want to settle in a certain place, owning a house is the best option. If you are just staying for a while then it\'s better to just rent. But then again, if you have more than enough money, owning a house for investment would be nice.(\",)

I agree with these statements, but I think it is option whether buying a house or renting a house with environmental conditions.

Now, I think buying a house is better than renting a house because I can feel comfort for possession of my house.
